How it works

Why choose this over individual smart devices?

A smart lock does not know your bookings. A smart thermostat does not know when a guest arrives or leaves. You stay the link in the chain, keeping track of everything by hand.

These devices know each other and they know the booking calendar. A new reservation means a new code, the right temperature and monitoring that follows the whole stay — without you doing anything.

The controls stay limited to what guests actually need. Security and bookings are visible to the owner only.

Frequently asked questions

Which locks do you use?

Proven smart locks that fit your existing cylinder — no door replacement. Already have a smart lock? Most brands can be taken over.

What if a guest is stuck at a locked door?

The code is in the guest link and always works, even without internet in the house. If it still fails, one phone call is enough and we open the door remotely.

Does this work with every booking system?

There are integrations with Airbnb, Booking.com, Guesty and Hostaway. Without a platform, bookings can simply be entered by hand.

Are there cameras?

No. We only use sensors that measure noise, occupancy and indoor smoking. No images and no audio are recorded. This is fully within GDPR and booking platform rules.

What if the internet goes down?

Codes keep working locally on the lock. As soon as the connection is back, everything syncs on its own.
